Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Support Center and enter your order number and email address to start your return or exchange authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your PowerA controller or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
